Reservation Policies for the ARQUEOLOGO Hotels and Hacienda Camping

I. RESERVATIONS::
• Our reservations office must be contacted via e-mail to the hotel where the reservations are being made:
• reservation@hotelarqueologo.com or info@hotelarqueologo.com (Hotel Arqueólogo Exclusive Selection ***),
• reservationbb@hotelarqueologo.com or infobb@hotelarqueologo.com (Hotel Arqueólogo Bed & Breakfast),
• Via fax (+51 84) 235126 or telephone (+51 84) 232522, as well as SKYPE: hotelarqueologocusco. The answer, indicating the state and deadline for payment or reconfirmation will be sent by e-mail or fax.
• All confirmations, reconfirmations and cancellations must be sent to our reservations office. All changes in the status of the reservation must be made in writing; • Neither reservations nor coordinations will be accepted at the front desk.
• Reservations may not be endorsed or transferred to other dates, agencies or passengers.

II. RECONFIRMATIONS AND PASSANGER LISTS:
Travel agencies: Reconfirmations and payments must be sent 15 days prior to the arrival of the passenger/s) to the hotel together with the list of passengers. If the reservation was made by a travel agency, the reservation will be cancelled if the deadline is not met.
Individual passengers: Individual passengers must send the fee for their first night at the hotel as deposit for their reservation, using on-line payments such as paypal or credit cards and we will guarantee the reservation in your chosen hotel.

III. CANCELATIONS:
• A reservation will be considered cancelled once the confirmation of cancellation has been received from our reservations’ office via e-mail or fax.
Travel agencies: If a reconfirmed reservation is cancelled, 100 per cent of the agreed rates will be charged for all of the nights reconfirmed. This applies to travel agencies.
Individual passengers: Every cancellation or change reservation change will be accepted until noon of the same day and will only be charged administrative charges ($10). If the change or cancellation is made after that time, one full day’s lodging will be charged. This only applies to individual passengers who have booked through our web site

IV. POLICIES ON CHILDREN
• Children under 5 years of age will not be charged for their stay as long as they share a bed with their parents. Only one child will be allowed free of charge per bedroom
• Children between 5 and 8 years old must pay for their breakfast ($5.00) as long as they share their parent’s bed. Only one child will be allowed free of charge per bedroom
• Children 9 years or older will charged like an adult and will receive the same service.

V. LUNCHES AND DINNERS:
Lunches and dinners are offered throughout our chain (apart from the number of passengers). Lunch and dinner reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance and must carry the confirmation code from the reservations office.

VI. TOUR CONDUCTOR / GUIDE:
• The guide or tour conductor has special rates and, whenever necessary, will share a room if the group has less than 12 passengers.
• The guide will be free if the group has 13 or more passengers.
• Only one TC or guide will be accepted per group.

VII. DISCOUNT RATES AT OUR HOTELS:
• A discount is available if a reservation is made at one of our hotels and at our camp site in Ollanta.

Reimbursements:
• Reimbursements will made the same way in which the deposit was made at the latest in 15 days. Administrative charges will be made.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME
Check-in time is from 11:00 a.m. and check-out time at 09:00 a.m. A day-use fee will be charged for later departures.
